2. Are those mugs good quality?
Yes, our mugs are made from high-quality ceramic with a smooth, glossy finish. They’re dishwasher safe, microwave safe, and built to handle your daily caffeine fixes.
3. Can I personalize the awards?
Yes, our mugs can be customized. Add your own text, images, or inside jokes to make them truly one of a kind. Customize here!
ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and any other safe and secure way you want to pay us.
2. Can I change my order after placing it?
Only if you catch us within 24 hours. after that, it’s already on its way.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
1. How long does it take to get my order?
Sometimes good things take time, like your order! Delivery can occasionally take up to 3-4 weeks, but don’t worry, it often shows up sooner (we promise it’s not stuck in a magical wormhole). High demand, shipping delays, or the occasional plot twist can slow things down. Thanks for your patience
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We know no borders! Additional shipping fees may apply, but we’ll get it there.
3. Will my mugs be safe in transit?
Of course! We use bubble wrap and sturdy packaging to make sure it arrives in one piece.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
1. Can I return my mug?
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns aren’t possible unless it arrives damaged. If it does, contact us ASAP with photos. After placing your order, you have 14 days to request a return. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
2. What if I’m not happy with my order?
If something’s not right, let us know... we’re here to fix it (or at least try).

DO THE MUGS MATCH IMAGES?
It is considered a preview...
Yes, our mugs are printed with high-quality designs that match the images shown. However, some custom designs requested from third parties may result in slightly lower quality depending on image resolution and dimensions. For the best print quality, we recommend using images around 22 cm x 10 cm. In rare cases, colors or placement might look a bit different from the images due to the printing process, but the overall design stays true to what you ordered.
